@Sharon: Hi and i'm very please that you care my advise..because i'm not a professional photographer,i can't advise you as good as possible.but in order to review of www.dpreview.com site,Canon EOS 40D is better than Nikon D90 by the dynamic range.if you use L series lens for 40D you can get the best output!.i don't have enough information about NikonD90 .if the Video recording important for you , my Choice is CANON 40 D..Good wishes that if you travel to IRAN i like have appointment and take a picture with each other..TNx
